From Building Services to Integrated Energy Systems
Sail Group was founded in 2007, building on entrepreneurial roots that reach back to the Genesio family’s heating and plumbing business in the 1980s. The 1990s brought the Effe-gi climate-technology agency and Climat, combining product expertise with system design and installation.
As renewable energy became central to modern construction, the company evolved from a main systems contractor into a general contractor. Today Sail Group provides the project, coordinates the technological scope and delivers integrated systems designed around the client’s comfort, operating and sustainability objectives.

Mechanical engineer, President and CEO of Sail Group, with experience spanning university teaching, professional engineering, corporate management and technical consultancy. She has served as a technical consultant to civil and criminal courts and developed specialist expertise in mechanical, electrical, photovoltaic, thermal and climate-control systems.

Founder and Technical Director with practical experience in HVAC and renewable energy dating from 1983. His background includes national and international climate-technology brands, system integration and the development of Sail Group from main systems contractor to general contractor.
